I’ve worked with various skin brands over the years and I got to a point where I knew there was better out there, I knew I could offer my clients better results. That’s why I spent over a year researching and trialling various products to find something that worked for me and my clients.

This is where the importance of a professional consultation comes in, I’m here to truly listen and understand your skin concerns. I want to know how it started, when it started, how it changes, what makes it better/ worse, what have you tried and for how long etc.

Your consultation will be a good conversation all about you and your skin, from a more holistic approach. There are so many factors that can affect our skin – environment, stress, what we put on it, diet, and medication, we will cover all bases.

What to expect

It’s important to understand that when it comes to skin a one time treatment isn’t going to solve your problems, it may help for a bit but it won’t solve it. Imagine going to the gym once a month and hoping to get the results you want – unfortunately it doesn’t quite work like that, you need to put the effort in between treatments with homecare.

But like having a personal trainer at the gym consider me your personal skin trainer!

Consultation & Bespoke Skin Treatment

Perfect for first time clients or those not sure what they want/need. Take your first steps towards skin health with an in-depth consultation & skin analysis followed by your prescribed facial treatment. Your treatment will be created just for you on the day. You will then be able to redeem £20 against any skincare purchased on the day.

Chosen specifically for you on the day. Only suitable for those on Phase 1 & 2 Nimue homecare and who have had at least 1 Active Rejuvenation Treatment. Consultation followed by an advanced peel targeted to your skin concerns giving you enhanced results.

Eye Treatment

The ultimate treatment for refreshing the eye area. After removing make-up and cleansing, the wrinkle plumping collagen eye masks are applied. Your eye area will then receive an application of cooling alginate mask which will allow the serum to penetrate deeper into the epidermis for fast results. Great for under eye bags, wrinkles and dark circles.

Taster Facial

An introductory Facial Treatment. A personalised shorter version of a full Therapeutic or Deep Cleanse Facial Treatment – a great introduction or an ideal add on for a Massage Treatment.

Therapeutic Treatment

A therapeutic facial treatment that is designed to address each client’s specific skin concerns. This exfoliation, massage and masking treatment is customised to target all skin conditions, such as uneven skin tone, sun damage, oily and congested skin as well as sensitised skin, resulting in revived, refreshed, smoother and softer skin.

Deep Cleanse Treatment

A treatment designed to deep cleanse oily and problematic skin. It gently and effectively purifies and clarifies, with a mattifying and decongesting effect, leaving your skin feeling fresh and smooth.

Cannot be booked without prior consultation. A professional strength peel suitable for sun damaged, acne-prone, dry, dehydrated and aged skin. Smart Resurfacer Peel

Cannot be booked without prior consultation. An intensive, smart technology skin resurfacing treatment designed to smooth skin texture, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone. This cutting-edge peel delivers immediate results with minimal discomfort, resulting in firmer, radiant and more youthful-looking skin. Our strongest peel dubbed ’the botox peel’ due to the lift it gives, although this is our deepest peel but also has no downtime. Includes application of alginate mask to cool skin post treatment.

Relax Ritual

The perfect combination for those who want it all but with less time to have it all. A tailored 30-minute facial treatment combined with a 30-minute back, neck & shoulder massage.

Ultimate Relax Ritual

The ultimate face & body experience. A 60 Minute Massage & 60 Minute Facial combination.

After a consultation, the treatment starts on a heated bed with a Thai foot cleanse using warm, lime- infused mitts to help you fully relax and unwind. This is followed by body brushing which helps exfoliation, circulation and detoxifying. The full body massage starts with back, neck and shoulders, working down the legs, turning over for the feet then working back up the front of the legs.
As you gently doze, your Therapeutic Facial will begin, tailored to your skin type and needs. After a deep cleanse and an exfoliating enzyme mask, you’ll relax with a face mask while the massage continues on your hands and arms. Once the facial and uplifting facial massage has finished, the pamper ends with a delightful neck and scalp massage.

FAQs

How do I find you?

As you go down Nimrod Way, you will see a big building called ‘Superior’ directly in front, Arena will be to your left. I am in that building at the front (A block), head into reception let the ladies know you’re here to see me and I’ll meet you there.

Is there parking?

Yes, plenty! As you arrive you’ll see there is a small car park to the front, this is the closest parking to where I am and also has disabled bays. If this area is full then you’ll see an open gate that takes you through to the main car park. If you park here, head back towards A block and you’ll see a sign for Reception – there is a sign both front and back of the building.

Coming for an appointment after 5pm?

Reception closes at 5pm, so for any appointments after that time I will be keeping an eye out for and will meet you at the door at the front of A block just along from the Reception entrance. Please do not enter the building with someone else.

How should I prepare for a Massage?

Don’t come fresh from the hairdressers, especially if you’d like a scalp massage! When coming for a Remedy Massage wearing a vest top or something similar helps when carrying out your ROM assessment, but it can be done in a t-shirt or in your bra, however you’re comfortable.

Some lose comfy clothing to go home in is best – it can be tricky putting skinny jeans or leggings on when you’ve got oil or massage wax on. Don’t wear your best undies or white shirt in case of oil/wax transfer.

Other than that come as you are, don’t worry about shaving or painting your toenails.

I have a medical condition, can I still have Massage?

Probably, there are many medical conditions that mean people can still have massage. I’ve met many clients over the years who have been told they cannot have massage and most of the time it’s down the lack of training or experience from the Therapist. Always be sure to disclose any medical conditions and medication as it may just mean your treatment needs to be altered but there are also the rare occasions that massage may not be suitable for you. This can all be discussed during a consultation.

How should I prepare for a Facial treatment?

Ensure that it’s been at least 3 days since any facial hair removal – waxing, electrolysis, threading etc. At least 4 weeks since any IPL/ Laser treatment, Botox, Fillers, injectables, skin resurfacing or chemical peels.

Again don’t come on a fresh hair day! Wear something comfy. You’ll be required to remove your top and bra or bra straps so I can work on the décolleté but you will be covered for the duration of your treatment.

Will my skin flake and peel after a Chemical Peel?

No, the peels that I use are gentle on the skin meaning that there is no down time. You will already be using homecare that helps to prepare your skin in advance therefore minimising the chance of any reaction.

How do I know what treatment to choose?

A consultation is the best option if you’re not sure, we can talk through your concerns and decide on a plan of action. There is also a form on the Massage page that you can complete with your concerns and I can contact you to discuss your best option. For skin you can try the ‘Consultation & Bespsoke Treatment’ option where you will receive a consultation and treatment on the same day.

Are results guaranteed?

Your plan will be created specifically for you and designed to improve the condition you came to me with, however it is a joint effort and you will need to commit to completing your side of the deal. That means sticking to your homecare plan as well as any other recommendations or suggestions.

You will need to be patient as results can take time, but this will all be discussed with you during your consultation
