Indulge your nearest and dearest with a gift voucher for Relax & Remedy treatments.
How it works
1.
Order a gift voucher for the amount you want to gift or a specific treatment.
2.
If you choose a e-gift voucher, we will send digital voucher free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase. If you choose a physical gift card, we will send the gift card directly to the recipient at an additional cost.
3.
The recipient will be able to make their booking online using their unique code. It’s the perfect last-minute gift for anyone who loves to be pampered!

Terms & Conditions
Voucher duration
Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Use of promotional codes
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
Email vouchers
Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.
Postal vouchers
There are additional costs associated with provision of a postal voucher. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.
Voucher redemption
Services must be pre-booked. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher.
Refunds
Vouchers are non-refundable. No change will be given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost – for example where a £50 voucher is used to purchase a £45 treatment. Instead the money will be placed on your account and will expire on the same date as the original voucher.
Monetary vouchers
Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a treatment. If the treatment cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full on the day of the visit.
Appointment availability
Relax & Remedy does not guarantee that an appointment will be available on the precise day/ time you require. It is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation/ No show
In the event that an appointment is cancelled more than twice or you don’t show up to an appointment, payment will be required before the appointment using the voucher. If the appointment is cancelled again or you don’t show up the voucher will be redeemed in full and no refund shall be given.
